B-spline
Surface

B-spline is a mesh in which
the control points affect only their local region of the surface.
Creating:
- select
B-spline from the create surfaces menu.
- Click
in any viewport and drag to define the meshes length and width.
- Release
when the desired size has been achieved. To deform the mesh select
Move from the top menu bar and click on the control point on
the portion of the mesh that you want to deform.Left click and
drag to move the control point horizontally, and right click
and drag to move the control point vertically positive or negative.
